大提琴演奏之手腕運動初步分析

Preliminary Analysis of Wrist Kinematics in Cello Playing

摘要


目的:大提琴演奏是項需要雙側上肢協調動作的活動,右手持弓拉弦,左手按弦移把位,左右手巧妙配合演奏大提琴,其中手腕佔有重要的角色。本研究旨在探討大提琴演奏過程中手腕關節的運動學變化。方法:利用電子量角器以及動作紀錄儀器,持續紀錄演奏大提琴時的手腕關節運動。並由大提琴老師與中階、初階學生的演奏,了解三者手腕的運動特質與差異。結果:當拉奏的樂曲節拍加快時,右手手腕關節活動範圍會隨著變小。另外,拉奏時右手手腕屈曲尺偏與伸展橈偏的時間差,大提琴老師明顯小於中階學生,中階學生又小於初階學生。結論:本研究之初步分析有助於運用在大提琴演奏教學上,可以指引學生拉奏時正確的手腕動作,矯正不正確的動作,教導學生最符合人體手腕運動學的動作以避免受傷。

Objective: Playing cello is cooperated by complicated hands movements. The right hand is holding and pulling the bow, and the left hand is pressing string and shifting the pitch .The right hand and the left hand skillfully coordinate in playing the cello together. The wrist plays an important role in such playing. This study aims to investigate the wrist kinematics in cello playing. Methods: We use Flexible Electrical Goniometer and DataLog to record the wrist kinematics while playing the cello continuously. Three cello players in different levels: cello teacher, advanced, and elementary student were subjects to play the scores on recording. The characteristics and the difference among the three players in wrist kinematics were analyzed. Results: When the speed of the scores got faster, the range of right wrist motion became smaller. The time difference in flexion/ulna deviation and extension/radial deviation of the teacher was also smaller than advanced student, and than the elementary student, orderly. Conclusion: The results can apply on cello-playing education, the cello teacher can correctly teach the wrist movement students and to avoid wrong wrist movement according to our ergonomic analysis.
