大學學生事務經營項目相對權重評估之研究

摘要

本研究目的主要在於評估大學學生事務之經營項目，以提供大學行政決策之參考依據。本研究文獻基礎乃是透過國內外期刊等進而探討學生事務相關議題，並分別整理出資源投入、任務執行與產出績效等經營層面，以及其所屬項目。本研究之方法依據爲透過專家填寫之相對重要性分析，同時透過兩回合德懷術進行信效度之檢驗後，並輔以運用階層程序分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)作爲驗證依據。經由文獻整理與調查分析，本研究依據其研究發現提出相關之建議，俾利於教育行政工作者與決策者政策制定之參考依據。

The main purposes of this study are to assess the related researches of managing items of student affairs for constructing the frame of reference of executive decision on universities. The foundation of literature of this study is through digesting the related issues of studentaffairs listed in literature. In this way, it shows three managing dimensions, -”resource
input”, ”task execution” and ”accountability output”. Meanwhile, it also points subordinatemanaging items. The research method of this study is to ask ten experts for assessing the
relative weight of these indicators by Delphi method with two times and ”Analytic Hierarchy Process” (AHP). According to the findings, this study proposes some suggestions for theexecutive staffs and policymakers on universities..
