健康女性排卵與自主神經系統的關聯性研究

Study of the Relationship between the Ovulation and Autonomic Nervous System

摘要


心率變異(heart rate viability, HRV)是目前可以有效的量化與評價體內自主神經的活性的方法,而有些學者認為卵泡發育與自主神經系統有關。中醫認為肝主疏泄影響排卵期的陰陽轉換過程,而且中醫肝的功能與自主神經系統密切有關。因此我們研究35名健康女性,分別在月經第9天,第14天,以及第19天測量HRV的指標,分析比較彼此間的關係。結果顯示在排卵期也就是月經第14天,時域指標顯著的增加,而頻域指標比值則顯著的降低。因此可知自主神經系統在月經週期中扮演重要的角色,且可能與誘發排卵密切相關。

Some investigators state that the development of follicle is related with the autonomic nervous system (ANS), but Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes that liver governing free coursing affects the conversion of yin and yang into each other in the period of ovulation. Moreover, the function of liver is related with autonomic nerve system in tradition Chinese medicine. In this study, we investigated the relationship between ovulation and autonomic nervous system through heart rate variability (HRV) analysis in healthy women. The HRV index (the SDANN and the ratio of LF/HF) of 35 healthy women was detected on the 9th, 14th, and 19th day of menstrual cycle. In these women, the SDANN is significantly increased and the ratio of LF/HF is significantly decreased on the period of ovulation (the 14th day of menstrual cycle). It suggested that autonomic nerve system may play an important role in menstrual cycle, especially in the induction of ovulation.
