病人教育成效之影響因素及其改善策略

The Influential Factors for Patient Education Effectiveness and Their Improvement Strategies

摘要


病人教育是增進健康相關知識及技能,改善病人對健康的態度並改變其健康行為,以達到維持或促進健康的目標。在考量影響病人教育成效影響因素的前提下,適當的課程內容設計及正確的病人學習型態評估,不但能使病人順利吸收資訊,且可使其內化訊息而改變健康行為,以達最大病人教育之成效。

Patient education is to promote health-related knowledge and skills, improve personal health attitudes, and change health behavior for achieving the goal of maintaining or promoting health. In terms of the influential factors for effective patient education, the appropriate, curriculum design and the proper assessment of patients' learning styles will help patients not only to absorb information, but also to internalize messages easily to change health behavior for reaching the optimal effectiveness of patient education.
