研究生學位論文數位授權意願之研究

本研究旨在探索國內研究生授權學位論文數位化之態度，並以可能影響研究生授權意願的因素為研究重點。研究方法主要採用問卷調查法調查全國346位研究生與23位館員，佐以館員訪談，以瞭解對學位論文授權的意願與相關管理制度問題。研究發現，影響研究生論文授權意願之因素不僅止於著作權利金，尚包含其他多項因素。研究結果分別就相關法令規範之修訂、圖書館作業之配合及推動有償授權機制之廠商營運方式等提出建議，期望提供相關單位規劃及提昇學位論文數位化成效之參考。

The study explores graduate students' attitudes toward authorizing digitization rights to their theses. The investigation primarily focused on factors that might influence students' consent. Current domestic copyright management practices of thesis digitization were briefly described. Study methods included questionnaire survey and indepth interviews. Two sets of questionnaires were administrated: one for librarians and the other for graduate students. In addition to payment of royalties, the results identified a number of factors that influence students' willingness to authorize digitization. The results led to suggestions regarding revision of related laws and regulations, cooperation of library professionals, and promotion and better management of thesis digitization, with the intention of improving the effectiveness of thesis digitization.
