本研究以國立嘉義大學職員爲例,旨在探討其休閒行爲、工作生活品質、工作壓力及工作績效間之相互關係,希望藉此研究發現以作爲提升國立大學職員工作生活品質與工作績效之參考。本研究於以判斷抽樣調查方式針對國立嘉義大學全體職員進行實證研究,最後共得有效問卷224份。本研究結果發現:(1)休閒行爲與工作生活品質呈現正相關;(2)休閒行爲與工作壓力無顯著相關;(3)休閒行爲與工作績效呈現正相關;(4)工作生活品質與工作壓力呈現負相關;(5)工作生活品質與工作績效呈現正相關;(6)工作壓力與工作績效部分有顯著相關。本研究最後並提出具體建議,作爲國立嘉義大學未來規劃與管理人力資源之參考。
This study, using the staffs of National Chiayi University as a case study, is to explore the relationship between leisure behavior, quality of working life, job stress and job performance. The results are to provide references for improving the quality of working life and job performance of the staffs working for the national universities in Taiwan. By consensus survey data were collected from 224 staff of National Chiayi University. The research findings are as follows: (1) leisure behavior and job performance are positively related, (2) leisure behavior and job stress are not significantly related, (3) leisure behavior and job performance are related, (4) quality of working life and job performance are related, (5) quality of working life and job performance are related, and (6) job stress and job performance are related. Based on the findigs suggestions are made based for the human resources planning and management of National Chiayi University.
