摘要


本論文研究目的主要旨在探討中國酒文化與藥酒養生之關連性。本論文屬質化研究,所採用之研究方法爲文獻回顧法。透過文獻回顧可看出酒文化顯著影響中國人的藥酒養生觀念,中國人相信酒爲百藥之長、適量之藥酒有益身心健康、藥酒的飲用與禁忌均有其方法及道理。本研究結果可作爲國人正確的飲酒觀念、正確有效地推廣藥酒、及做爲後續學者研究酒文化與藥酒養生之參考。

The objective of this research is to explore the relationship between wine culture and Medical Wine Health Care. This study is qualitative research based on literature. According to the literatures associated with wine regulations of the different Chinese dynasties, wine culture significantly influences the medical wine health care of Chinese people who believe that wine is one of the most important medicines. The belief is that, proper quantity and quality of wine is helpful for health and that there are different medical reasons of why and why not drink wine. The results of this study are helpful for people to know theories regarding ”traditional” medical matters related to properly drink wine. The research is also relevant to promoting medical use of wine. Given limited literature on Chinese traditional medical thought on wine, this research serves as a reference for further study of the wine culture regarding medical wine health care.
