本研究主要參考自由時間管理相關理論來建構直排輪曲棍球參與者之自由時間管理模式,並使用結構方程模式(structural equation modeling, SEM)中的「驗證性因素分析」統計方法對此模式進行檢定,以建構直排輪曲棍球參與者自由時間管理量表。研究以2010年第七屆全國直排曲棍球錦標賽參賽選手為受試樣本,採便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,共獲得265份有效問卷。資料經結構方程模式之驗證性因素分析顯示,本量表具有良好的聚合效度、區別效度以及組成信度。因此,本研究結果直排輪曲棍球參與者自由時間管理模式是一個具有三個因素的一階多因子模式,此三個因素為時間應變、時間規劃、時間應用。
The research mainly referred to relevant theories of free time management to construct roller hockey participant's free time management model, and used the statistic method of ”confirmatory factor analysis” from structural equation modeling (SEM) to do examination on the model to construct the roller hockey participant free time management scale. The research took 2010 the 7th National Roller Hockey Tournament players as the test samples, adopted convenience sampling to do the questionnaire, and obtained 265 copies of valid questionnaire in total. The confirmatory factor analysis of structural equation modeling had been done on the data, showing that the scale has good convergent validity, discriminate validity, and composite reliability. Hence, the research findings are as follows: the roller hockey participant free time management model is a multi-factorial first order model with three factors, which are time strain, time planning, and time application.
