摘要

近年來台灣由於社會經濟的發展，與生活型態的改變，使得大家更加重視休閒旅遊；隨著醫療科技的進步，與出生率的降低，已邁入高齡化的社會，使得銀髮族群的重要性日益受到關注。銀髮族參與旅遊的影響因素，大多取決於旅遊動機與旅遊阻礙等因素所影響，因此本研究最主要的目的為回顧台灣地區有關影響銀髮族參與旅遊的旅遊動機和阻礙之研究，依據內容分析法的特性，將質性資料整理歸納為量化數據。本文的研究設計是蒐集從2000年至2009年，共10年間有關台灣地區對於銀髮族旅遊之中文期刊及博碩士論文，有關銀髮族旅遊的文獻計有中文期刊9篇與博碩士論文13篇研究，採取分析文獻資料之內容，並整理文獻之抽樣的樣本資料，以期辨析各相關變項的異同。最後本研究提供未來實務與研究層面，建議對銀髮族參與旅遊，應考量銀髮族身心層面，強化各項參與的正向因子，降低阻礙因素，增進動機因素，並考量其人際社交心理，使其提高參與旅遊以提升其生活品質之目的。

These years, owing to fast development and changes in life-style of Taiwan society, the public pays much attention to leisure activities. Taiwan has becoming aging society with the progression in medical technology and decreasing birth rate. Thus the seniors have becoming more important in Taiwan society. The factors affecting seniors' traveling willingness are determined by the factors of tourism motivation and tourism constraint. The main purpose of this research is to review the literature in the tourism motivation and tourism constraint field. This paper used content analysis to convert qualitative data into quantitative data. This research collected theses and dissertation and Chinese journals related to senior tourism in Taiwan from 2000 to 2009. There were summed up 22 researches related, including 9 Chinese journals and 13 theses and dissertations. This research adopted category analysis to analyze documents, integrating the sampling method, and discussing the differences of related variables among them. Finally, this research provides future practical and research aspects the idea that concerning senior tourism involvement, the authorities should consider both physical and mental conditions subject to the seniors: strengthening positive factors, reducing constraint factors, increasing motive factors, and taking account to interpersonal social psychology. This way can encourage the seniors to travel and then achieve the goal of upgrading their quality of life.
