女性護理人員健康狀況、保健食品認知與消費行為分析

Analysis of Health Status, Cognition and Consumer Behavior of Nutriceuticals among Female Nurse

摘要


目的:在於了解女性護理人員的自覺健康狀態、保健食品認知與消費行為情形,並比較不同人口學變項對保健食品認知、自覺健康狀態與消費行為之差異。方法:採橫斷研究設計,立意抽樣台中與彰化地區6家醫院512人護理人員為對象,問卷內容包含五部份,分別是保健食品認知量表、中國人健康量表、自覺健康狀況量表、保健食品消費行為、人口學資料。結果:受訪者規律使用(一週≧3次)保健食品者佔30.1%,保健食品的認知程度接近良的3.94分(滿分5分),自覺健康量表平均3.25分(滿分5分),中國人健康量表平均3.34分(滿分5分);保健食品認知平均得分在是否規律使用組之間無統計差異;邏輯斯複迴歸分析顯示,中國人健康量表得分越高、職位是主管者與月收入超過5萬元者,有較高的勝算比會規律使用保健食品。結論:保健食品的認知程度並不會影響護理人員的使用頻率,這點發現與過去以非護理人員族群的研究是不一樣的。

Purpose: This study was to understand the status of perceived health, cognition and consumer behavior of nutriceuticals for female nursing workers, and to compare their difference between these variables. Methods: Using a cross-sectional study design and purposive sampling, a total of 512 subjects who selected from six hospitals in Taichung and Changhua area participated in this study. The structured questionnaire was parted into five sections which included (1) the cognitive rating scale of nutriceuticalst; (2) Chinese Health Questionnaire (CHQ); (3) the rating scale of perceived health status; (4) the consumer behavior to nutriceuticals; (5) demographic characteristics. Results: 30.1% of subjects had eaten nutriceuticals regularly (≧3 times per week). The average score of cognition to nutriceuticals, perceived health status and CHQ were 3.94, 3.25 and 3.34(the full score is 5), respectively. No significant difference between regular eating group and non-regular group to nutriceuticals cognition was found. Moreover, the results of multiple logistic regression analysis showed that have a higher odd ratio for eating nutriceuticals regularly, if there were a higher score of CHQ, a superintendent and monthly income over 50 thousands. Conclusion: In nurse workers, we found that cognition of nutriceuticals it does not affect the frequency of eating nutriceuticals, and this finding for nursing worker was different with past studies for non-nursing workers.
