探討軍校學生在疫情時期實施遠距教學之效益與滿意度-以「大陸問題研究課程」為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討高雄某軍事技職院校在COVID-19疫情期間經由遠距教學教授「大陸問題研究」課程的實施成效。本研究收集問卷調查結合個別訪談、學生學習回饋和觀察反思資料進行分析,以探討軍校學生對於本課程的滿意度及學習效益。本研究發現有三:一、整體而言,軍校學生對於遠距教學持肯定態度。二、軍校學生對於本課程的學習內容滿意度高,然而由於遠距教學缺少課堂互動對於學生的表達和臨場訓練不足其成效受限。三、學校的線上數位教材內容必須持續更新以作為教師在實施遠距教學的重要支援系統,也是幫助同學課後自主學習的重要關鍵。本研究建議在軍事院校課程規劃仍需要安排實作課程才能符合實際需求,而長期遠距教學對於軍校學生身體健康的影響顯著,應如何做補救和預防需要做進一步討論。

The aims of this study explore the learning effect and satisfactory on a distance teaching for a military academy course during the epidemic period. Through the practical experience of teaching the "Mainland China Issues Research" course, the use of questionnaire, interview tools, learning feedback and individual reflection were to conduct these minitary college students' satisfaction with distance teaching methods and learning effects regarding the course's content and teaching strategies. The intital findings are: 1. The military academy is dedicated to distance teaching, whereas, it has a big room for improvement it's computer system, 2. Students are generally satisfied with the learning effects on this course. However, the lack of classroom interaction in distance teaching will have an impact on the effectiveness of military school students' expression and on-the-spot training. 3. The content of online digital textbooks must be continuously enhanced to serve as an important support system for students' learning in distance teaching, and it is also an important key to maintaining students' learning momentum after class. We suugest that the future curriculum planning must consider and design a practical training for the military students and need to pay more attention on the students' health during a long-term distance teaching.
