博雅教育課程「創意故事影響力」對學習者經驗與影響之探討

A Study on the Learners' Experience and Influence of Liberal Education about the Curriculum ＂The Impact of Creative Storytelling＂

摘要

「世界上最有影響力的人，不是政治人物，是會說故事的人」。這句經典名言橫跨兩個世紀到今日，Apple產品說故事；Facebook體驗說故事；YouTube影片說故事；網紅直播說故事，故事行銷理論在全球蓬勃發展，形成社會一股重要的影響力。本文旨在探討博雅教育中心的「創意故事影響力」課程對學生的影響。研究目的有二：（一）瞭解學生參與「創意故事影響力」課程學習的歷程與經驗。（二）以故事教學視角，探討學生學習歷程與經驗所帶來的影響和改變。研究併採文件分析與內容分析法，統整107學年度第二學期開課以來，至109學年度第二學期止，總計五個學期教學與學習共收集26位學生在「學習歷程Ｅ化比賽電子檔案」及「課堂紙本學習單」資料，並納入組別學習夥伴進行三角校正，基於參與者觀點提出教與學的討論分析。本研究發現本課程與學習者實際生活經驗發生緊密連結；教學以「故事為核心」催化學習動機和興趣；不同故事搭配系列議題並延伸設計多元方案操作，藉以訓練學生不同的能力。經過十八週說故事淬煉結果，有效提升「故事力、創意力與簡報溝通力」。本論文在故事教與學有更深入探究並提出相關建議。

＂The most influential person in the world is not a politician, but a person who can tell stories＂ as this classic saying has spanned two centuries to the present day such as Apple products telling stories, the experience of Facebook telling stories, YouTube videos telling stories, and Online celebrities telling stories. The theory of storytelling marketing is booming around the world, forming an important influence in society. The purpose of this study explores the influence of liberal education center about the course ＂the impact of creative storytelling＂ on college students. In a total of five semesters of teaching and learning, a total of 26 students' materials in the ＂Learning History E-competition electronic file＂ and ＂Classroom Paper Learning List＂ were collected, and the group learning partners were included for triangulation correction, and the discussion and analysis of teaching and learning were put forward based on the views of the participants. The research found that the curriculum is indeed connected with the learners' actual life experience; the teaching used ＂Story at the core＂ to catalyze learning motivation and interests in learning; different stories matched a series of topics and extended the design of multiple scheme operations to foster students' distinct abilities. After 18 weeks of storytelling, the students' learning effects were enhanced. This study explores the teaching and learning of stories in depth and makes relevant suggestions.
