For student teachers, student teaching practice is an important stage. In this stage, a student teacher can experience the teaching in real world and try to cope with problems and challenges from instructional environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the reflective thinking which student teachers got from practice and teaching. The researcher adopted qualitative research methods to conduct this study and analyze the data. Ten student teachers at a kindergarten were interviewed and observed to explore how they constructed their practical experience during student teaching period. The data were collected from interviews, classroom observations and documents. To sum up, the researcher hope this study could build appropriate teacher role and teaching beliefs for student teachers in the future. This study also offers a discussion on instructional assistance and future studies.
