臺灣大學運動代表隊選手運動目標取向與運動動機之研究

The Relationship of Goal Perspective to Sport Motivation among National Taiwan University Varsity Athletes

摘要

本研究目的有四：（一）探討台灣大學運動代表隊選手不同性別在運動目標取向中自我取向及工作取向有無差異；（二）探討不同性別在運動動機中內在動機、外在動機及無動機有無差異；（三）不同性別與運動組型之選手在運動目標取向上有無差異；（四）不同性別與運動組型之選手在運動動機上有無差異。受試者爲國立台灣大學八十五學年度還動代表隊選手，其中男生190名，女生79名。筆者於各隊訓練時進行問卷施測，問卷內容包括：基本資料，運動目標取向問卷(Task and Ego Orientation in Spart Ouesfionnaire)、運動動機量表(Sport Mofivation Scale)。研究結果顯示，女生在工作取向因素上之得分明顯高於男生；性別與運動組型在無動機因素上有交互作用。

The purpose of the present study was to examine the goal perspective and the sport motivation. Subjects, two hundrend and sixty-nine (190 males and 79 female) from 17-varsity team athletes of National Taiwan University. They were requested to complete a questionnaire which assessed subjests' task and ego orientation and sport motivation. The result indicated that: (1) Femal athletes reported significantly higher in task orientation than males; and (2) a gender by type interaction emerged in terms of a-motivation scores. Conceptually consistent relationships between dispositional goal perspective and gender for athletic involvement.
