本研究以國立台灣大學12個運動代表隊(田徑、游泳、籃球、排球、足球、棒球、羽球、壘球、桌珠、網球、柔道、手球等)的173位選手爲受測對象,探討不同運動背景因素(性別、平級、運動方式、運動形態)的選手對教練領導行爲之知覺差異。 其所得結果摘要如下:(一)不同性別選手對教練領導行爲中的「權威行爲」和「民主行爲」二個因素差異達顯著水準。(二)不同年級選手對教練領導行爲中的「權威行爲」因索差異達顯著水準。(三)不同運動方式選手對教練領導行爲中的「社會支持行爲」因素,差異達顯著水準。(四)不同運動型態選手對教練領導行中的「社會支持行爲」和「民主行爲」二個因素差異達顯著水準。
This paper studies differences in perception towards a coach's leadership performance in terms of various sport specific factors (gender, seniority, type of sport, and nature of sport) among collegiate athletes in Taiwan. A total of 173 athletes from 12 varsity terms (e.g. track and field, swimming, basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, badminton, softball, tennis, judo; .and handball) at the National Taiwan University were interviewed for this paper and the following conclusions were drawn: 1. Significant difference in perceptions of a coaches behavior as ”autocratic” were found in terms of sex. 2. Significant differences in perceptions of a coach's behavior as ”social support behavior” were found in term of type of sport. 3. Significant difference in athletes perceptions of their coaches' ”social support behavior” were found in terms of type of sport. 4. Significant differences in perceptions of a coach's ”social support behavior” and ”democratic behavior” were found in terms of nature of sport.
