大學生生活品質現況調查-以臺灣大學修習專項運動學群學生為例

A Study on the Quality of Life of University Students: A Case Study of National Taiwan University Students Taking Specialized PE Courses

摘要


目的:本研究旨在探討國立臺灣大學學生健康生活品質。方法:以臺灣大學100學年度第一學期修習體育專項運動學群學生為研究對象,進行問卷調查,使用「SF-36生活品質量表」作為研究工具,以立意取樣方式發出1000份問卷,共得到897份有效問卷。依據所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、LSD事後比較等統計方式進行資料處理。結果:臺大學生生活品質現況,其整體生理健康面向高於整體心理健康面向。除了心理健康(MH)構面外,男學生之平均得分皆高於女學生。大二學生的活力狀況(VT)、情緒角色限制(RE)與心理健康(MH)構面比大三以上學生得分較低。修習團體球類體育課程之學生,其一般健康狀況(GH)及活力狀況(VT),皆優於修習個人球類與休閒技藝類課程之學生。不管在整體或是年齡次群組的分數表現上,臺大學生得分皆低於常模。結論:本研究結果顯示臺灣大學學生生活品質較低,學校應充分發揮體育在健身、健心、娛樂和文化傳遞等方面特有的優勢,豐富大學生的休閒生活,後續研究亦可加入更多有關影響大學生健康生活品質之相關變項,俾使獲得更完整之生活品質訊息。

Purpose: This study was to examine the quality of life for National Taiwan University (NTU) students. Method: The participants were NTU students taking specialized PE courses during the first semester of the 100th academic year except freshmen, and a questionnaire survey was applied in this study. Objectives were selected by purposeful sampling. 1000 questionnaires were distributed, and 897 valid questionnaires were received. Descriptive statistic analysis, independent-samples t test, one-way ANOVA and LSD test were used for data analysis. Results: The physical component summary scales (PCS) of NTU students were higher than the mental component summary scales (MCS). Male students score higher than females except the concept of mental health (MH). Sophomore score lower in the concepts of vitality (VT), role-emotional (RE) and mental health (MH). Students taking PE course of group ball games are prior than others in the concepts of general health (GH) and vitality (VT). Compared to norms, NTU students score lower than averages not only from same age group but for all. Conclusion: NTU students show lower quality of life, might resulting from more academic pressure and social expectation. The advantages of PE courses should be emphasized more to enrich the leisure life of college students. More relevant variables could be analyzed for the following-up researches in order to get more integrated comprehension about the quality of life of college students.
