身體自我概念與運動自我效能之關聯:以嘉義縣國小高年級學童為例

The Relationship between Physical Self-concept and Exercise Self-efficacy: A Case Study of 5^(th) and 6^(th) Graders in CHIAYI County

摘要


本研究使用「嘉義縣國小高年級學童身體自我概念與運動自我效能之研究問卷」為研究工具,旨在探討嘉義縣國小高年級學童身體自我概念與運動自我效能之現況與關聯性。本研究發送680份問卷,有效回收問卷536份,有效回收率達90.1%。依據實際調查資料、描述性統計分析及典型相關等統計方法。研究結果發現:身體自我概念之運動能力與柔軟度、與運動自我效能之健康與休閒體適能,及人際與生活舒壓間有典型相關存在。

Purpose: The goal of this study was to examine the relationship between physical self-concept and exercise self-efficacy for 5^(th) and 6^(th) grades students in Chiayi County. Method: 680 questionnaires were sent out, and 536 valid questionnaires were collected. Descriptive statistical analysis and canonical correlation statistical methods were used. The results showed that there is a canonical correlation exists between physical self-concept (including exercise capacity and flexibility) and exercise self-efficacy (including health-leisure-related physical fitness and interpersonal relationship and life relaxation).
