The purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of college students' sports and physical education influence on physical fitness, body fat percentage and muscle mass. Methods: A single group of subjects were designed to conduct pre- and post-test surveys in the time series of quasi-experimental methods. The exercise habits, sports participation questionnaires and bio impedance analysis were used as research tools. A total of 168 subjects were analyzed. Results: First, physical education is the main exercise for most students. Their total weekly exercise time are less than 3.5 hours (210 minutes), and the average of weekly exercise day is 0-2. Second, college students have significant changes in their body mass, body fat and muscle mass after physical education. Third, after PE class, different background variables College students their Body Mass, fat, and muscle mass has significant differences before and after the measurement. Conclusion: College students are highly dependent on the physical education at school. The more PE classes they have, the more exercise they get. Therefore, it has a significant effect on weight control and maintaining good posture. It is recommended that physical education courses not only increase students' exercise time, but also established the correct concept and attitude of exercise during the class, in order to develop the habit of lifelong exercise for students.
