倫理理念、信任關係、與知識分享成效之研究

The Effects of Ethics Philosophy and Trust on Knowledge Sharing

摘要


知識是組織創新的基石,由於產業體系跨國間垂直及水準分工的狀況日益顯著,因此組織體系內各子單位或員工間知識的流動與分享,成爲重要的管理議題。本研究探討領導者的倫理理念、員工間信任關係的建立、以及組織內知識流動與知識分享成效間的關係,以台灣地區2008年1000大廠商爲對象,進行問卷調查,採用層級迴歸分析方法進行驗證。研究發現,企業領導人倫理理念會顯著影響員工間的信任關係,進而促進組織內部創新及發展所需之知識的交流與分享。研究建議企業領導者應採取高標準的倫理理念,形成組織文化,並建立相關準則,作爲組織內員工合作之指引及行爲之規範,建立員工間的信任關係,促使知識交流與分享,以提升企業的長期競爭優勢。

Knowledge is the cornerstone of organizational innovation. Because cross-national vertical and horizontal integration is increasing prevalent, the flow and sharing of knowledge between organizational units and/or employees have become an important management issue. This study aims to investigate the relationships between leaders' ethical philosophy, trust among employees, the flow and sharing of knowledge inside organization. Structured questionnaires were distributed to the top 1000 firms in Taiwan rated in year of 2008 and hierarchical regression was used to analyze the data. The results show that leaders' ethical philosophy is significantly related to the building of trust among employees, which in turn leads to the flow and sharing of knowledge that are required for the innovation and development inside organizations.
