摘要

隨著亞洲經濟的復甦與出口貿易的成長，航運業扮演著經濟發展重要的角色。然而現存的績效評估制度大多著重於財務績效的衡量較少考慮創新與顧客滿意度等智慧資本的衡量指標。因此，本研究結合智慧資本觀點，以模糊層級分析法建構定期航運業三項智慧資本之績效指標。首先本研究以問卷發放對象乃以與定期航運業有長期往來的相關業主或管理人員填答績效指標問卷，根據研究結果共建構出19項績效衡量指標，透過模糊層級分析法賦予權重。本研究結果顯示最重要的指標為運送人業務代表瞭解貨主的需要，此也突顯航運業顧客關係管理的重要性，實務上的意涵與建議將可提供航運業管理當局運用智慧資本提昇經營績效。

As the economic recovery and exports increase in Asia, liner shipping industry plays an important role of economics development. However, current performance evaluation management mostly focuses on financial indicators for performance evaluation rarely taking innovation and customer satisfaction into consideration. The study uses the concept of the intellectual capital which consists of three capitals to develop performance indicators of tramp shipping industry. First, the questionnaires are mailed to the managers of business in order to find the key factors and indicators. Based on the result, it consists of 19 key performance factors. Then, the study applies fuzzy AHP to measure the key factors and indicators' weights. Finally, the result shows the weights of the most important factors are carriers realized the need of the cargo of owner. Practical suggestions and future suggestions are also provided.
