Objective: The purpose of this research is to detect sexual dysfunction in women with urinary incontinence.Methods: The research method is based on a case control study in the structured questionnaire, collect 360 samples, selected 117 samples of women with urinary incontinence and 135 samples of general women. The analyze methods is by percentage, chi-square test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation.Results: The prevalence of women with urinary incontinence is more than the number of general women in 51-60 years old with 81.8 %. Women with stress urinary incontinence and mixed urinary incontinence and general women have significant differences in female sexual function (P<0.0001), especially in women with mixed urinary incontinence. The type of urinary continence women, the percentage of serious and the total scores and each item of female sexual function have a significant relationship in lubricate, satisfaction and intercourse pain.Conclusions: This research will improve urinary incontinence women receive correct knowledge and help medical personnel to understand how to face and resolve the problem of urinary incontinence.
