骨盆腔內Nabothian囊腫類似卵巢腫瘤：病例報告
Large Nabothian Cyst Mimicking a Cystic Adnexal Mass: A Case Report
摘要
Nabothian囊腫乃子宮頸的滯留囊腫，主由慢性子宮頸炎經修補過程而產生。在慢性發炎中，鳞狀上皮細胞增殖，覆蓋著內子宮腺體的柱狀上皮細胞而產生。這些囊腫通常小而分開，多為數毫米之大小，然而少數有大至6公分的情形。本文報告一大的Nabothian囊腫，雖然經超音波、電腦斷層、磁振造影檢查，仍與附屬器腫塊相似，區別不易。

Nabothian cyst is common retention cyst of the uterine cervix. It is formed as a result of the healing process of chronic cervicitis. During chronic inflammation, the squamous epithelium proliferates, covering the columnar epithelium of the endocervical glands. The cysts are usually small and discrete, measuring a few millimeters in diameter. However, they may reach 6 cm on occasion. Herein, we present a case of large complex Nabothian cyst mimicking a cystic adnexal mass, even underwent evaluation with ultrasound, pelvic computer tomography scan and magnetic resonance.
