Small and medium sized enterprises (SME) can reduce production costs by improving management. Enhancing efficiency and other qualities promotes industrial competitive advantages. This research focuses upon strategies for leaner production, assisting enterprises to improve themselves for a better industrial culture. The research is a basis for educational training, process examination, and a constructive modeling. This, in turn, leads to improvements in enterprise organizational culture, greater customer satisfactions, and to other continuous improvements in long-term thinking. The goals are cultivating a lean-production company culture and providing references to introduce lean production systems for the small and medium sized enterprises.
