摘要

本研究之目的是將RFID技術導入個案公司的出貨、倉儲以及模具管理的流程內，分析其導入前、導入後改善情況，並評估產生的績效。研究過程是先分析個案公司的生產流程，以了解個案公司的生產模式及各製程需耗用的時間及成本，再依據個案公司的環境進行模擬實驗。經實驗測試個案公司導入RFID系統後，除了可以降低人力成本外，也大幅降低各流程間不良率的發生，並且提升工作效率，大幅提升公司整體的獲利與競爭力。

This paper is to apply RFID technology to warehouse and mold management for case company and then analyze the improving result before and after introducing RFID technology and measure the performance evaluation. In this paper, firstly, the production processes of case company are analyzed to realize the production model and time consumed by each process. Secondly, a simulation experiment is conducted for performance evaluation. The research results showed that manpower cost is dramatically reduced after the RFID technology was introduced in the case company; and that the RFID system effectively decreased the rate of negligence arisen from human error and moved up the whole benefit and operation and competitive force for case company.
