運用TRIZ理論改善IC產品設計-以S公司為例

Improving the IC Product Design by Using TRIZ Theory-A Case Study of S Company

摘要


企業標榜創新,其最大目的在於獲得創新的解決問題的能力,以及滿足所有客戶的需求,減少成本消耗以創造獲利;因此本研究目標希望利用TRIZ理論架構及其工具手法從事有系統的分析個案IC產品設計問題,並尋求突破解決,以面對未來市場的激烈競爭。本研究之方法著重於先利用訪談法找出問題點相關的資料,再利用TRIZ理論與方法,將問題系統化,進而可以找出真正有效的解決方案,達到理想最佳結果,這即是本研究解決問題的最終目標。本研究主要貢獻為幫助個案公司改善某IC產品設計所造成壓合外擴的問題,妥善利用TRIZ理論與工具找出問題的矛盾,並加以分析得到十三個解決方案,最後提出調整金凸塊的位置的解決方案,改善率介於34%~152%,大部分高達60%以上;改善原本的設計不僅提高了品質、減少成本,以及滿足所有客戶,也帶給個案公司未來新的思考工具與方向。

An innovative is a very important topic in the enterprise. Innovation will meet the dynamic needs of all customers and reduce the cost of enterprise as well. Purpose of this research is using TRIZ theory and its tools to analyze systematically the problems of IC design. Then, breakthrough is found out to solve the problems in order to face the very keen competition market in the future. A method of this research focuses on using in-depth interview to find out the correlated information with the problem, and then using the TRIZ theory and formulating a problem to find a really effective solution. Finally achieving the best results is the ultimate aim to solve the problem. Main contribution of this research is to help the case company improve the problem of IC design about Bump shift and to identify the contradiction of problem by using TRIZ theory and methods. According to the thirteen solutions of analysis, the final solution is to adjust the position of the bump. The improvement ratios are between 34% ~ 152%. Moreover, the majority of them are more than 60%. Improving the original design not only improve the quality, reduce costs and satisfy all customers but also provide the company new thinking tools and directions in the future.
