我國證券投資信託事業經營關鍵成功因素之研究

摘要

我國投信業在政府通過代客操作業務與金控法令並放寬私募基金、海外基金總代理限制後，並投資人理財工具多元化的情況下，使投信產業發展迅速並競爭激烈。投信業要如何在此競爭環境中生存並保持競爭優勢，正是本文主旨所在。本文透過：(1)敘述統計(2)因素分析(3)單因子變異數分析(4)雪費(Scheff'e)之事後多重比較分析法，得到實證分析之主要結果如下：1.投信業經營關鍵成功因素有八項，依其重要性程度分別排序如下：(1)風險控管能力因素(2)行銷策略因素(3)市場競爭力因素(4)經營領導能力因素(5)員工福利及歸屬感因素(6)人員素質及財務管理能力因素(7)基金操作因素(8)國際化程度因素。2.不同公司及個人背景之群體間，在「國際化程度因素」上，對經營關鍵成功因素之認知，由於公司性質與個人職稱之不同而有顯著的差異。本研究結果可供投信公司經營者作爲現階段策略規劃之重要參考依據，以幫助投信公司擁有競爭優勢，進而提高經營績效。

After Taiwan government passed discretionary investment business, financial holding company Act and so on, the security investment trust companies develop rapidly and face competition. How security investment trust industry can survive and keep advantage in this competitive environment becomes the main purpose in this study. The study applied describable statistic, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA and Scheff'e multiple comparative analytic approach. According to the analysis, there are total 8 key success factors in security investment trust industry. The order in accordance with their importance degree as following: ability of risk control, marketing strategy, marketing competition, leading ability of management, employee welfare and belonging, personnel's quality and financial managerial ability, fund operation and internationalized condition. In the meantime, the study appears that there are apparent differences of cognition of key success factors in internationalized condition factor because of the difference in company's nature and personal job title. As a result of study, it can be used as an important reference on present strategy planning for security investment trust companies. Also, it can help security investment trust companies to have better competition advantages, and then improve the operation performance.
