本研究主要探討高中排球甲組選手知覺教練領導對團隊承諾及滿意度之間的關係與機轉。依據本研究目的以參加九十五學年度高中排球甲級聯賽,男、女排球代表隊之各隊球員共260位爲研究對象。且以「教練領導與運動團隊問卷」爲研究工具進行調查,並將調查所得資料以SPSS 12.0 for Windows中文版進行統計分析,研究結果如下:1.家長式領導與團隊承諾及滿意度之間有相關存在。2.教練的才德領導對情感性承諾有正向的預測力,對工具性承諾有負向的預測力;威權領導對工具性承諾有正向的預測力。3.教練的才德領導對團隊滿意、教練人際滿意及教練專業滿意有正向的預測力;威權領導對教練人際滿意有負向的預測力;仁慈領導對教練專業滿意有負向的預測力。研究者針對研究結果提出有關結果的應用及未來研究的建議。
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship and mechanism of the coach leadership with team commitment and satisfaction. The subjects were 260 first-level male and female volleyball players participating in 2007 Senior High Volleyball Games. The research instrument was Coach Leadership and the Teams Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 for window. Major findings of the study are as follows: 1. Paternalistic leadership has a correlation with team commitment and satisfaction. 2. The coach's morale leadership has a positive prediction to affective commitment and a negative prediction to continuance commitment. Authoritarian leadership has a positive prediction to continuance commitment. 3. The coach's morale leadership has a positive prediction to the satisfaction with the team, the satisfaction with the coach and the satisfaction with the specialty. Authoritarian leadership has a negative prediction to the satisfaction with the coach. Benevolent leadership has a negative prediction to the satisfaction with the specialty. According to the research results, researchers propose result-related applications and suggestions for future studies.
