澎湖海洋運動發展策略之研究

摘要

近年來多項海洋性運動項目被列入奧運比賽項目，引起臺灣政府的高度重視。澎湖被評爲世界三大風浪板運動場地之一，政府也斥資在澎湖設立訓練中心。因此，調查適合海洋運動的資源、擬訂發展策略，對臺灣成爲海洋國家而言其重要不可言喻。本研究承行政院體育委員會之委託，進行澎湖地區海洋運動的發展策略之探索，經過研究發現：1.澎湖海洋運動資源豐富；2.尚需導入適當之運動項目；3.基礎設施尚不足；4.人才培育計畫闕如等問題。體委會及澎湖當地政府方面應該：1.與當地相關學校配合，加強人才之培育；2.提撥經費充實海洋運動資訊中心、訓練中心；3.建立聯合經營策略，推廣海洋套裝行程，輔導專業人才與旅遊業結合。

For the past years many marine sports were becoming important for the Taiwan government because these marine sports were recognized for Olympic Games. Penghu recognized as one of the top three destinations good for wind surfing and Taiwan government spent money to establish a wind surfing training center at Penghu. Therefore, it is important for Taiwan government to investigate marine sports resources and propose marine sports development strategies. This study supported by Taiwan Sports Affairs Council was to propose marine sports development strategies for Penghu. The results of this research are: 1. Marine sports resources of Penghu are abundant, 2. Suitable marine sports need to be introduced to Penghu, 3. Marine sports is not enough, 4. Penghu is lack of human resources development strategy. Taiwan Sports Affairs and Penghu County Government should: cooperate with local schools to related human resources development, 2. offer budget to enhance the marine sports information center and training center, 3. establish management alliance strategy to promote tour packages of marine sports through the cooperation between marine sports professionals and travel agents.
