This study aims to construct and exam a model of the correlations among the touristis' participating motivation, attraction, and satisfaction. Subjects who have taken part in the wedding held in the southern islands in Taiwan in 2010 were invited for a questionnaire survey, and 309 questionnaires are valid. After the researcher review the literature of relevant theories, data were analyzed by SEM (structural equation modeling). Data after the factor analysis revealed good constructive validity, convergent validity, and composite reliability. Results displayed that the model of participating motivation, attraction, and satisfaction in this research performed that the entire model is in a moderate fit. Further relevant suggestions are brought up on the basis of the outcomes.
