本研究目的旨在探討大專排球選手平時訓練上的差異與睡眠品質現況,結果將提供大專排球教練與選手參考。本研究以104年排球聯賽男生公開二級選手為對象,平均身高177.60±6.37公分、體重71.08±9.41公斤、球齡為6.5±3.6年,研究工具為匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI),問卷所得數據以SPSS for windows18.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定進行分析,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、全體選手平時訓練上以每週3.49±1.19 次、每次訓練4.37±1.13小時、訓練強度在60.29±10.62%。二、睡眠品質方面,平均睡眠總分為5.72±2.84分、睡眠時數為7.57±1.57小時。三、前段組與後段組在每週訓練次數與訓練強度比較上達顯著差異(p<.05),睡眠總分與睡眠時數比較上則未有顯著的差異(p>.05)。結論:本研究受試者平均睡眠總分5.72分屬睡眠品質不佳,兩組在每週訓練次數與訓練強度上有顯著差異,顯示平時的訓練頻率與訓練強度對成績表現有顯著的關係。本研究結果將提供大專排球教練在訓練上之參考。
This study was to investigate the status of the sleep quality and the differences of the general training in university volleyball players. The results will provide the reference for the man's volleyball coaches and the players. This study based on 104 University Volleyball League Man's Open Division II players, average height 177.60±6.37 centimeter, average weight 71.08±9.41 kilogram, years pro 6.5±3.6 years. Data was analyzed using SPSS for windows 18.0 system for descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, significance difference is α=.05. The results are as follows: 1. The training frequency is 3.49±1.19 times per week, training time is 4.37±1.13 hours in all players, training intensity is 60.29±10.62 %. 2. In sleep quality, average sleep score is 5.72±2.84, sleep duration is 7.57±1.57 hours. 3. Training frequency and training intensity have a significance (p<.05) between the front stage group and the rear stage group. Conclusion: in this study, average sleep score is 5.72, poor sleep quality. Training frequencies and training intensity have a significance differences between two different training groups. There is a significant relationship between training frequency and training intensity with academic performance in the general training. The results of the study will provide as a reference for university volleyball coach in training programs.
