遊客休閒涉入、滿意度與重遊行為意圖關係之研究-以台南安平老街為例

A Study of the Relationships among Visitors' Leisure Involvement, Satisfaction and Revisiting Behavioral Intentions in An-ping Old Street of Tainan City

摘要


本研究目的在於探討遊客的不同個人基本資料在休閒涉入、滿意度與重遊行為意圖之差異情形,並進一步瞭解遊客休閒涉入、滿意度與重遊行為意圖之間的關係性。研究方法係採用問卷調查方式,以立意取樣方式進行資料蒐集,研究對象為台南市安平老街遊客,共發放400份問卷,剔除無效問卷後,得有效問卷340份,有效率為85.00%;將所得數據採描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、單因子多變量分析、皮爾森積差相關與多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方式進行處理。本研究結果發現:一、遊客的休閒涉入會因性別、居住地區、年齡與教育程度的不同有差異性存在;二、滿意度會因居住地區與年齡的不同有差異性存在;三、重遊行為意圖會因居住地區、年齡與教育程度的不同有差異性存在;四、遊客的休閒涉入、滿意度與重遊行為意圖相互間具有正相關;五、滿意度為遊客重遊行為意圖最重要的影響因子。最後,根據本研究發現提出相關建議作為觀光休閒相關部門與管理單位於未來擬訂經營管理策略之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among visitors' leisure involvement, satisfaction and revisiting behavioral intentions in An-ping Old Street. It was to compare the variability of different background with leisure involvement, satisfaction and revisiting behavioral intentions. The research data was obtained by questionnaires. There were 400 copies of the questionnaire to give to the tourists and 340 valid copies were retrieved (valid retrieval rate is 85%). According to the research purposes and in order to test and verify the hypothesis, analyzed by statistical methods including descriptive statistics, independence t-test, one-way ANOVA, one-way MANOVA, Pearson correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the research are described as follows: 1.Thereis significant difference in Leisure Involvement between gender, location of residence, age and education level; 2. There is significant difference in visitors' satisfaction between location of residence and age; 3. There is significant difference in revisiting behavioral intentions between location of residence, age and education level; 4. There is significant positive relation existed in the visitors' leisure involvement, satisfaction and revisiting behavioral intentions; 5. The visitors' satisfaction an important effect factor for revisiting behavioral intentions. Finally, the results are explored for implications of management and suggestions for future study.
