彼拉提斯教學對於肌耐力與柔軟度的影響-以逢甲大學學生為例

Pilates teaching for muscular endurance and flexibility- Taking the student of Feng Chia University as case

摘要


現代人因科技快速發展容易有基礎運動量不足之現象。為配合生活步調,許多人選擇室內運動,彼拉提斯(Pilates)於近幾年更是蔚為風行,此運動屬於核心訓練,能增強受訓者的肌耐力與柔軟度等體適能。本文以逢甲大學學生為對象,研究學員經過十六週彼拉提斯課程學習後的肌耐力與柔軟度的變化,針對體能原先較弱的學員加入彈力帶與柔軟球等輔助道具,加強訓練成效。於實驗結果中,統計三次測驗數據,經由分析證實彼拉提斯能有效提升肌耐力與柔軟度。

With the progress of technology, modern humans live in the sedentary lifestyle. Considering the life style, more and more people choose the Pilates as the main sport. The Pilates is a kind of core strength training that could enhance the muscular endurance and flexibility. In this paper, we chose fifty Feng Chia University students as trainers. They took sixteen weeks courses and three times tests. From the test results and analysis, we could find that the Pilates have great influence in muscular endurance and flexibility.
