大專桌球選手知覺教練領導行為之探討

A Study of University Table Tennis Athletes' Perception of Coaches' Leadership Behavior

摘要


本研究之目的旨在探討大專桌球選手知覺教練領導行為,冀望研究結果俾能提供大專桌球教練於領導團隊訓練、比賽及管理上之參考依據。本研究採問卷調查法,以參加2016 年大學運動會之優秀桌球選手為研究對象,共182 位,有效樣本為163 份,有效問卷率為90%。主要採用項目分析、因素分析、平均數、標準差、百分比、描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析(one way ANOVA)、Scheffe 法進行事後比較等統計方法進行資料分析,其結論為:一、大專優秀桌球選手知覺教練領導行為各因素得分依序為:「民主行為」、「獎勵行為」、「訓練與指導行為」、「專制行為」、「關懷行為」;二、選手不同性別在「專制行為」因素達顯著差異,女性選手知覺較高於男性選手;選手不同組別在「專制行為」因素達顯著差異,一般女生組前四名選手知覺分數高於公開男生組前四名選手;選手不同每週訓練天數在「訓練與指導行為」因素達顯著差異,每週訓練6 天以上之選手知覺分數高於每週訓練1 天之選手。

The purpose of this study was to explore university table tennis athletes' perception on coaches' leadership behavior. The research approach applied to this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. The researcher took the table tennis athletes who joined the University Game 2016 as samples.163 samples were effective among 182 table tennis athletes and the rate of retrieve was 90 %. The statistical methods include item analysis, factor analysis, average, standard deviation, percentage, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe's method. The findings from the analysis were summarized as follows: Based on the scores derived from these table tennis athletes' perception, rankings of their coaches' leadership behavior from high to low were "democracy", "award", "training and direction", "autocratic", and "caring". Different genders demonstrated significant differences in perception of "autocratic" behavior. Female athletes were more sensitive about this behavior. Athletes in different grades also showed significant differences in perception of "autocratic" behavior. The top four athletes in The top four female players in Division II division were more sensitive about this behavior than the top four athletes in The top four male players in Division I. Different numbers of practicing days lead to significant differences in athletes' perception of "training and direction" behavior. Athletes practicing more than six days a week gave higher scores to this behavior than those practicing only one day a week.
