從遊憩衝突觀點論析博物館戶外公園之管理策略

摘要


在都市發展過程中,隨著建築物林立,交通流量大增,公園綠地逐漸縮小,空氣污染日益嚴重,人們休閒運動空間相形減少,導致生活品質日趨惡化。公園是現代都會區裡的重要綠洲,也是健康都市的重要元素。台灣近幾年,博物館數量激增,博物館越顯重要,博物館參觀日漸成為一項普及的全民活動。然而,博物館應該跳脫以往的刻板思維和做法,以最佳化管理模式,善用現有的資源,從不同的面向提供民眾多元新穎的參觀經驗。國內外很多大型博物館都有相當寬廣、精心設計的戶外庭園,博物館如何強化突顯應用戶外公園的優點和特色,搭配合宜的規劃設計,將公園的遊憩人潮帶動至館內參觀,「走入人群生活、跨出建築物之外」的整合型博物館符合民眾的期待,是未來博物館經營值得關注的重點。本文以系統性策咯管理理念提出博物館戶外公園之經營策咯分為:(一)公園情境及資源分析;(二)公園遊客行為之瞭解;(三)公園活動規劃和推廣;(四)建立管理專業化機制。

In the course of urban development, with more buildings elected and increasingly heavy traffic flow, the green land for the parks gradually reduced and the air quality become worse. Following that, the sports and leisure space for people began to shrink, leading to the deterioration of the quality of life. A park is an important oasis in modern metropolitan area, and also a key element for a healthy city. In recent years, the dramatic increase in the number made museums increasingly important, museum visit become a popular activity for all. However, museum should be beyond the stereotyped thinking and practice to optimize the management model and make use of available resources to offer the novel experience from different aspects for visitors. Whether in Taiwan or abroad, many large museums had broad, well-designed outdoor parks. Museums should elaborate on how to attract more outdoor people go inside by highlighting the advantages and characteristics of the outdoor parks and appropriate planning. The model of ”Into the human living, outside the building”. become the concern in the future and shaped an integrated museum with the expectations of the people. The study tried to develop the management strategy for museum outdoor parks based on systematically strategic management theory. Finally, the suggestions were put forward as follows. (a) Analysis of the resources and the current situation of the outdoor parks (b) Understanding of park visitors behaviors (c) Full planning and promotion of the outdoor parks. (d) Establishment of specialized management mechanism of the outdoor parks.
