高雄市國民小學身心障礙學生課後照顧政策之分析

Analysis of After-school Care Policy for Physically and Mentally Challenged Students of Elementary Schools in Kaohsiung City

摘要


在雙薪家庭日漸增多的趨勢下,身心障礙學生如同普通班學生一樣,課後照顧的問題日趨重要。因此,高雄市於93學年度試辦國民小學身心障礙學生課後照顧專班,於94學年度繼續辦理。本文旨在分析高雄市國民小學身心障礙學生課後照顧專班政策之制定過程,及探討實施二年後的成效,最後提出建議,期能改進課後照顧專班的品質及能全面性、且穩定地照顧有需求的身心障礙學生。

With the number of double-income families increasing, the after-school care for physically and mentally challenged students becomes more important. Therefore, Kaohsiung City Government held after-school class physically and mentally challenged students of elementary schools in school year 2004, and continued the class in 2005. This paper analyzes the establishment process of after-school care policy for physically and mentally challenged students of elementary schools in Kaohsiung City, discusses the achievement after two years of implementation, and proposes suggestions, in hope to improve the quality and comprehensiveness of after-school care class and stable care to needed students.
