國家運動選手訓練中心組織型態定位分析

The analysis of the National athletes training center type of the organization position

摘要


本文旨對討國家運動選手中心組織型態定位進行探討,透過文獻分析法及內容分析法,和SWOT策略模式分析各種組織內容,就不同組織型態的之優、缺點以期能找出適合之組織型態。研究結果為:1.實施行政法人化目前因行政法人法之母法尚未通過延宕至今,其組織定位問題仍無法獲致解決。2.透過分析認為未來轉型為財團法人國家運動訓練中心、行政法人化之國家運動訓練中心,及採籌備處設置之方式均可給國訓中心組織型態定位之參考。

This paper aims to discuss the state of the type of athlete center positioning of the organization, through document analysis and content analysis, and SWOT analysis of strategy model organize content, the different types of organizations on the advantages and disadvantages to the type of organization can find suitable. The results are: 1. implementation of the administrative institutions of the current law legal parent because of administrative delay has not yet been adopted, and positioning the organization to solve the problem can't be achieved. 2. through the analysis that the future transition to Foundation national sports training center, administrative institutions of the National Sports Training Center, and adopted by way of preparation can be set at the National Training Center organization to locate a reference type.
