全人教育課程於智慧財產權觀念推廣之角色淺究

A Study of the Holistic Education Courses' Roles in Promoting Student Concept of Intellectual Property Rights

摘要


智慧財產權(IPR)觀念應落實於一般人民生活之中,唯透過教育推廣則可達到從基礎紮根之效果。教育部制訂之「96-98校園貫徹保護智慧財產權行動計畫」中的推動策略首要就是『課程規劃』與『教育推廣』兩大策略。在課程規劃策略中教育部鼓勵大專院校將智慧財產權納入通識課程;而教育推廣策略中則透過通識課程及智慧財產局的智慧財產權相關問題集推廣於學生教學之中。本篇論文目的為透過問卷結果分析現今大學生的網路侵權下載及網路著作抄襲之行為,以做為在大專院校中如何透過全人教育(通識)相關課程推廣智慧財產權觀念,同時強化學生資訊倫理及加強守法精神。

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) concept should be implemented in people's lives through education and promotion.The Ministry of education (MOE) developed ”Action Plan for Protecting IP Rights on School Campuses (2007-2009)” in which ”curriculum design” and ”promotion education” are two essential strategies in the plan.MOE encourages college to involve intellectual property right in the curriculum designing of General Education core courses. Under the guideline of promoting IPR, the discussion related to IPR has been integrated into teaching of these courses.The paper aims to analyze college student's behavior of unauthorized downloading and plagiarism on internet. Some suggestion were also proposed to promote the concept of IPR, and enhancing the ”information ethic”, among students in General (Holistic) Education.
