教練領導行爲、正向心理對國小學童參與田徑運動的影響

摘要

本研究目的爲探討國小田徑選手知覺教練領導行爲與正向心理對參與田徑運動間的關係。依據本研究目的以南投縣國小田徑選手共235位爲研究對象。且以「家長式領導、正向心理與運動參與動機問卷」爲研究工具進行調查，並將調查所得資料以SPSS12.0 for Windows中文版進行統計分析，研究結果如下：1.教練的才德領導對知性追求、社會需求、健康需求與成就需求有正向的預測力；仁慈領導對健康需求與成就需求有正向的預測力。2.教練的才德與威權對健康需求有正向的交互作用。3.樂觀傾向與樂觀影響力對知性追求、社會需求、健康需求與成就需求有正向的預測力。4.樂觀信念與樂觀影響力對成就需求有正向的交互作用；樂觀傾向與樂觀影響力對健康需求與成就需求有負向的交互作用。研究者針對研究結果提出有關結果的應用及未來研究的建議。

The study was to investigate the relationship on between the track / field sports and the understanding of paternalistic leadership / positive mentality. The subjects were 235 elementary school track and field sports players in Nantou County, and the questionnaires of coach's leadership, positive mentality, and the exercise participative motivation. The data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0 for window. The outcome of the study showed: 1. There was a positive prediction to meet the cognitive pursuit, the needs of social, health fitness, and achievement on coach's morale leadership. There was also a positive prediction to meet the needs of health fitness and achievement on benevolent leadership. 2. There were positive cross effects on between morale / authoritarian leadership and the need of health fitness. 3. There were positive predictions on between the optimistic inclination / influence and the cognitive pursuit, the needs of social, health fitness, and achievement. 4. There were positive cross effects on between optimistic beliefs / influence and the need of achievement. However, there were negative cross effects on between optimistic inclination / influence and the needs of health fitness and achievement. According to the research results, researchers proposeresult-related applications and suggestions for future studies.
