本研究主要探討國中校長家長式領導與體育教師工作滿意之現況,以及國中校長家長式領導與體育教師工作滿意之關係。本研究以雲嘉南地區478位國中體育教師爲研究對象,採用自編之「國中校長家長式領導與體育教師工作滿意關係之研究問卷」爲研究工具,共發出研究問卷478份,回收有效問卷262份,有效問卷回收率爲54.81%,並獲得以下結論: 一、雲嘉南地區國中體育教師知覺校長中高程度之家長式領導行爲。 二、雲嘉南地區國中體育教師之工作滿意屬於中高程度。 三、性別、學校規模在體育教師所知覺校長之家長式領導行爲有顯著差異。 四、性別、擔任職務在體育教師之工作滿意有顯著差異。 五、校長家長式領導之「德行領導」、「仁慈領導」與「權威領導」等三個構面對於體育教師整體工作滿意具有預測力。
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between principals' paternalistic leadership and PE teachers' job satisfaction in junior high schools. There were 478 PE teachers in Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan region participated in this study by using a well-developed instrument, with the return of 262 questionnaires. The amount of the valid questionnaires stands for 54.81% of the total amount of the questionnaires those were distributed. The survey data was analyzed by using statistical methods. The results of this study are summarized as the follows: 1. The level of PE teachers' perception of principals' paternalistic leadership is upper-intermediate in Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan region. 2. The level of PE teachers' job satisfaction is upper-intermediate in Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan region. 3. PE teachers' perception of principals' paternalistic leadership is affected by gender and school scale. 4. The job satisfaction is affected by PE teachers' gender and position. 5. Principals' paternalistic leadership has significant predictability on PE teachers' job satisfaction.
