中小型學校兼任輔導教師的輔導經驗與觀點之初探

A Preliminary Study on the Counseling Experiences and Perspectives of Adjunct Guidance Teachers from the Small and Medium-Sized Schools

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解與探討修畢輔導20學分的中小型學校兼任輔導教師的特定處境與感受及其對兼任制度的看法。本研究以8位國小兼輔教師為研究對象,且以不斷分析比較法做為訪談資料蒐集與分析的策略。研究發現受訪教師必須以三方利益為考量來安排輔導工作時間且尋求各方訊息與資源以活絡輔導工作外,亦必須克服雙重身分的影響且填補自身輔導能力與實際輔導需求的落差,甚至得面臨輔導成效不佳而產生的無力感與承受輔導工作環境的不友善。其次,受訪教師表示兼任制度可能存在工作負荷過大、兼輔意願低落與聘任優先順序、輔導成效不彰等隱憂。文末根據研究發現,針對輔導實務與未來研究提出相關建議。
