複雜理論於諮商實務之體現探究

Exploring the Embodiment of Complexity Theory in Counseling Practice

摘要

在人類服務專業工作裡，諮商應該是複雜度甚高的專業之一，與個人興趣、社會需求、學科多樣性以及文化的變遷與延續皆息息相關。興起於二十世紀中後期的複雜理論是一種探討生存、演化、發展與適應的理論，對諮商專業的論述與實務皆有深刻的影響。本文首先說明複雜理論的重要概念，包括顯現、複雜性、自我組織和同時性，以及進而說明複雜理論的特徵，包括模糊性、強調差異與多元以及重視謙和。最後以生態諮商與社區諮商為例，進一步說明複雜理論在諮商專業中的體現，生態諮商與社區諮商所主張的動態、脈絡、關連與多元，充分體現了複雜理論的精隨。個人的發展與諮商的歷程都是複雜的，任何我們知道的事情都是具脈絡性的，複雜理論提供一個理解架構，讓諮商心理師可以處理真實世界中的複雜適應系統。
