三角督導與雙受督生適配度影響因素之探討

An Introduction to Triadic Supervision and Factors Influencing Compatibility between Supervisees

摘要


三角督導是一對二、密集的人際互動,其目標是督導者同時增進兩位受督生的專業能力發展,被美國諮商與教育相關學程認證委員會肯定為可替代個別督導。三角運作模式分為三種,對等聚焦模式、單人聚焦模式和迴響模式。三種模式不僅在督導效能、督導關係工作同盟感、督導滿意度等層面都得以與個別督導相媲美,尤其在節省時間成本、增加同儕支持與激發多元觀點激盪上均優於個別督導。三角督導成功與否的關鍵在於雙受督生適配度,其受到五向度因素的影響:社會人口統計變項、身心特質發展特徵、人際關係與溝通、專業發展階段與能力、學習熱忱。基於該五向度因素,在督導前準備時,督導者可依據相似性與互補性原則來配對適配度較佳的雙受督生,並增加三角督導運作的運作技巧和策略,以促進三角督導優勢效益。
