摘要

本研究應用習慣領域及層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process)發展一套海軍船艦維修評鑑模式，建立評鑑模式中考量政策、效益與可行性等面向，建立船廠之配合度、規模與技術等量化指標，所建立之模式用來評估其船艦維修能量。研究結果顯示，結合習慣領域與層級分析法所建立之船艦維修策略模式，能有效提供客觀與可量化之決策模型與程序，本研究亦設計完成一套維修廠商評鑑表。本研究之評鑑模式建立流程亦能提供相關決策模式建立之參考。

This study will develop a new modeling system to evaluate the scale, technology, facility and the supportability etc. among the domestic shipyards by adopting the habitual domains and Analytic Hierarchy Process method. Using this system, the navy could make a right decision based on the right information in the lowest cost case. Further, the shipyard would also be willing to spend money on establish the shipbuilding and ship repairing facility.
