This creation is a device of a kind of safety brake hydraulic cylinder, including a ring piston, ring elastomer, clamp ring, three pieces clamping slices and one of ring locking structure. Utilizing the oil pressure and machinery among the axle shaft that should be locked and to support load to rub and move in order to prevent unsafe supporting. This brake device can safely prevent this unstable motion under vertical load.
