導光板利用場協同理論於模流射出分析

Light Guide Plate by Field Synergy Principle in Mold Flow Injection Design

摘要


近年來模流分析已廣泛的應用在射出成型過程的分析與模具設計上。利用模流分析可有效的模擬射出成型過程中的熱傳和應力特性。而射出成型過程中熱傳特性十分重要,為了得到較好的熱傳特性,可以透過模具的幾何形狀調整來達成。本文利用熱傳學上的場協同理論,針對模具的幾何形狀進行調整設計,並以模流分析軟體Moldex3D進行分析,分析結果顯示,利用場協同理論的幾何形狀調整,可以提升導光板射出成型過程的效率。

Recently, CAE modlex 3D software is used to analyze mole injection and design. It is efficient to simulate both characteristics of stress and heat transfer in mold injection. In order to get better heat transfer effect on mold injection, it can be improved in mold design. In this paper, the theory of field synergy principle is put into use and change parameters in mold injection. The results show that field synergy principle is sufficient to improve light guide plate efficiency and geometry of mold injection.
