颗粒增强复合材料非理想界面局域应力分析

Local Stresses Analysis for Sphere Particle Reinforced Composite with Imperfect Interface

摘要


本文对球形颗粒增强非理想界面三相复合材料模型进行了理论分析,利用线性切向柔度和法向柔度刻画非理想界面的变形协调。给出了三相模型中各相的应力分量分布,导出了理想界面与非理想界面处由于材料性质突变和界面滑移等因素引起的应力突变量;同时研究了界面柔度参数变化对应力突变量的影响,讨论了各相体积分数对非理想界面承载能力的影响。

Three-phase model of spherical particle reinforced composite with imperfect interface was theoretical analyzed in this paper, in which the compatibility of deformation of imperfect interface was described in tangential and normal compliances. The distribution of stresses components in each phase of three-phase model was given. The stresses mutations in perfect and imperfect interface were calculated because of mutation of material properties and slip of interfaces. The influence to stresses mutation caused by interface compliances changing was researched. And influence to load-carrying ability caused for imperfect interface by fraction of each phase was discussed.
