This research is to investigate the mechanics behavior of the motor-driven vehicle with and without ambient temperature. All parts and assembly are drawn and assembled by the computer aided software SolidWorks. According to SolidWorks Simulation to analyze the motor-driven vehicle, the von Mises stress theory is used to predict the failure. AISI-1010 hot-rolled steel, alloy steel, 6061-T6 Al alloy, AISI-304 stainless steel, carbon fiber and nylon are adopted. In order to simulate the real situation of riding a motor-driven vehicle, different positions subjected different loads are analyzed. The discussing results are satisfactory.
