磷酸三鈉對不鏽鋼SS625之除鏽研究

A Study of Trisodium Phosphate to Remove Oxide Layer on Stainless Steel (SS625)

摘要


本研究利用活化法和陽極氧化法將不鏽鋼SS625表面氧化層溶解脫落,改良過去酸洗除鏽製程以鹼性環保系統除鏽,改善酸性金屬廢液難處理的問題。電解除鏽程序分為兩個階段,第一階段為活化鏽皮表面,電解液為1M硫酸,第二階段為陽極氧化除鏽,電解液為1M磷酸三鈉,經由二階段除鏽程序,將不鏽鋼SS625之鏽皮除鏽。本研究用電子顯微鏡(SEM)、元素分析儀(EDX)、動態極化曲線(Tafel)分析表面鏽皮型態、組成與鏽皮分解特性。不同除鏽電流密度、電解時間與溫度均會影響SS625之除鏽率,其中電流密度影響最大。經實驗發現,當電流密度80A/dm2(ASD)、除鏽時間為70秒和除鏽溫度為60℃,除鏽率可達95%。

In this study, oxidation layer on SS625 stainless steel is dissolved by alkaline pickling process, improving the oxide layer is removed. Electrolytic descaling procedure is divided into two stages, the first stage activation of the skin surface with 1M sulfuric acid anodizing oxide layer. The second stage, the electrolyte of 1M trisodium phosphate dissolve the oxides on SS625 stainless steel skin. In this study, using electron microscopy (SEM), elemental analyzer (EDX), dynamic polarization curves (Tafel) analyzed surface rust skin type, composition and decomposition characteristics. Different current densities, electrolysis time and temperature affect the dissolution rate of SS625. The experiment found that current density of 80A/dm2 (ASD), dissolution time of 70 seconds in the temperature is 60℃, rust removal rate of 95%.
