多媒體華語教師的現況與師資培育課程關係探討

The Investigation of the Relationships between Current Development of CALL-TCSL Teachers and the Training Programs

摘要


本研究的目的將探討海外印尼地區華語師資的多媒體教學的經歷及其環境與其他相關的因素包括電腦使用的熟悉度、年齡、教學經驗是否有關聯及其彼此的關係,進而比較其年齡及中文程度是否與教師對電腦技能的先備知識是否有差異。針對來台的八十位印尼華語師資採用問卷調查法收集相關的資料,回卷率達95%,資料將以相關及變異係數分析法判讀,結果顯示印尼師資的電腦技能與其年齡及教學經驗呈負相關,而年齡對電腦技能來說呈現顯著差異。研究結論及建議將於本文中討論及陳述。

The purposes of the study was to examine the correlation among the following factors including Indonesian Mandarin teachers' CALL-TCSL professions, the familiarity level of computer expertise, age, and TCSL teaching experiences. A survey was administrated in the beginning of the Mandarin course professional development training for Indonesian Mandarin teachers. Data was analyzed through descriptive analysis, correlation and ANOVA analysis. The results showed that age and their teaching experiences had significant negative correlation with the levels of computer expertise. The conclusions and suggestions were also discussed.
