應用高階相關法於圖解地籍圖數位化之座標定位

Digitization and Coordinate Positioning of Cadastral Map using High Order Correlation Method

摘要


本研究應用高階相關法於圖解地籍圖之數值化與界址座標之定位。高階相關法原用於三度空間的點目標偵測,係以遞迴的方式來計算連續資料的時空相關性,以擷取二元影像中的軌跡。由於地籍圖中的地籍線,可比擬成移動點目標的軌跡,故相當合適以高階相關法來做處理,將其應用到二維圖解地籍圖數值化上。前處理的過程包括圖解地籍圖的掃瞄、二元化和細化;高階相關法可偵測細化後地籍線的起始點,處理過程可分為垂直掃描偵測和水平掃描偵測,而垂直與水平掃描結果重覆之地方則為地籍線之交點,將這些起始點與交點轉成數值化所需之座標即可得數值化結果。經初步之模擬實驗,本系統展現出相當有效且正確之結果,轉出之座標依內政部土地測量局訂頒「台灣省圖解地籍圖數值化作業工作手冊」之規定,皆在容許誤差範圍內。

This project is concentrated on applying high order method to digitize graphic-cadastral maps. High order correlation method was originally proposed to detect target tracks in three-dimensional space. It calculates the spatio-temporal correlation of consecutive data using recursive formula. The cadastral lines are similar to the tracks of moving target point in two dimensions. Therefore high order Positioning of graphic-cadastral maps The preprocessing involves scanning, and correlation method can then be used to detect the origins of vertical and horizontal curves The of intersections of the curves can also be found accordingly. The coordinates can then Based upon the simulation results, the system proves to have superior performance. The coordinates can then be calculated to complete the digitization. Our primitive results have shown the effectiveness and efficiency of our approach. According to the workbook of Digitalization of Taiwan Graphic Cadastral Maps issued by the Ministry of Interior, our results strictly follow the criterion.
